There are nearby parking options around Blair’s Ferry. We’ll share the current parking map and arrival guidance with you as your event date approaches. Please keep residential driveways and marked access routes clear.
What is included with the venue?+
Tables and wood chairs are available for your event. Ask us about the current setup, included items, and room arrangements when you request a date.
Are there cleaning or add-on fees?+
Basic cleaning is included when clients remove personal items and leftover food, place trash in bins, and return the venue to its original condition. Excessive cleaning is $100 when required. The $75 private décor collection is optional and self-service. See the Pricing page for proposed add-ons and terms.
How many guests can attend?+
Guest capacity depends on your event layout and current occupancy requirements. We’ll confirm the approved guest count for your event before booking.
When is my date confirmed?+
Submitting a date request is the first step. Your date is not reserved until the venue confirms availability and you receive a written confirmation.
