Clients remove personal items and leftover food, place trash in bins, and return the venue to its original condition. Officiant, flowers, cake, catering, wedding planning, and photography are not included unless shown in a selected package.

Additional fees & proposed terms
Basic cleaning: included when clients follow the cleanup checklist.
Excessive cleaning: $100 when required.
Additional venue hour: $100, subject to availability.
Professional decorating: from $175; decorating plus removal: $250.
Refundable security deposit: $150. Proposed terms say due at booking, up to 60 days before the event.
Remaining balance: due one week before the event.
